I was an overseas Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty patient and through WhatsApp messages no question was left unanswered by my consultant Marco. He was always clear and detailed with his replies. Despite the time difference all questions were replied to within maximum 20 minutes. Grand Clinic is a very modern well maintained clinic with outstanding nursing and theatre staff. However, after assessing my thick skin, he was honest and explained that he might not be able to achieve the results I was hoping for. I was then referred to **Dr. Omer Kumas**, and looking back, I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Dr. Omer Kumas accepted my case despite the challenges and achieved a result that exceeded my expectations. He made my nose look more beautiful than I had ever imagined. What I appreciated most was how carefully he listened to my wishes and made sure my expectations were considered throughout the entire process. One thing that truly impressed me was his dedication during my hospital stay. He checked on me when he arrived each morning and again before leaving, making sure I was recovering well and that all my questions had been answered. This level of personal attention made a real difference to my experience. Dr. Omer Kumas’s confidence, professionalism, and reassuring manner helped me feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Surgery can naturally be stressful, but knowing that your surgeon genuinely prioritizes your safety and well-being brings tremendous peace of mind. If I ever decided to have rhinoplasty again, **Dr. Omer Kumas would unquestionably be my first and only choice**. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering nose surgery. My coordinator, Vida, was absolutely exceptional. Even before meeting her in person, I had a feeling she was someone special, and she exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. She treated me with genuine warmth and compassion, never making me feel like just another patient. She encouraged me to stay active during my recovery, helped with everything I needed, and always seemed to anticipate what I might require before I even asked. What makes Vida truly stand out is the way she cares about you as a person, not simply as someone undergoing a procedure. She was consistently available, communicated clearly and kindly, and made sure I felt supported at every stage. Her combination of professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere human warmth is truly remarkable. My interpreter, Melisa, was equally wonderful. She has such a gentle and caring personality, and simply having her around made me feel more comfortable. She regularly checked on me, kept me company so I never felt bored, and even gave me the warmest hugs. Her kindness went far beyond what was expected of her role. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Omer Kumas, Vida, Melisa, and the entire team for making my experience so positive and memorable. - luglio 2026Recensione della clinicaRhinoseptoplastySono venuto dall'Italia per sottopormi a una rinosettoplastica e posso dire con sincerità che l'intera esperienza ha superato le mie aspettative dall'inizio alla fine. Tutto è stato organizzato alla perfezione. Dal caloroso benvenuto dell'autista al soggiorno in un bellissimo hotel a 4 stelle con spa, mi sono sentito seguito e assistito in ogni momento. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Sergio, il coordinatore, sempre disponibile, veloce nel rispondere e pronto ad aiutarmi ogni volta che ne avevo bisogno. L'ospedale è stato eccellente: pulitissimo, ben organizzato e con uno staff sempre gentile e sorridente. Gli infermieri sono stati davvero eccezionali, aiutandomi con professionalità e grande attenzione ogni volta che ne avevo bisogno. Vorrei ringraziare anche Aya Ayouta Fersi, l'interprete, che parla perfettamente ed è una persona dolcissima e premurosa. Ha reso tutta la comunicazione semplice e mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il percorso. Infine, un ringraziamento speciale al Dott. Onur Ustun per la sua professionalità, attenzione e capacità di comprendere esattamente ciò che desideravo. Il risultato è stato persino migliore di quanto immaginassi. L'intervento è andato perfettamente, senza alcuna complicazione, e il recupero è stato sorprendentemente facile: già dal secondo giorno riuscivo a camminare tranquillamente. - settembre 2025Recensione GoogleMeu caso não era simples: uma rinoplastia terciária, ou seja, uma terceira cirurgia no nariz — o tipo de procedimento que só um cirurgião realmente experiente encara com segurança. Precisou de reconstrução estrutural com enxerto de cartilagem da minha própria costela, além da parte funcional. Justamente por ser complexo, pesquisei muito antes de escolher, e escolher o Dr. Onur foi a melhor decisão que eu poderia ter tomado. Desde a primeira consulta me senti seguro e confiante. Ele domina o assunto de um jeito que passa tranquilidade, explica cada etapa, e você percebe que está diante de uma verdadeira referência em rinoplastia no turquia. A clínica é excepcional, super bem equipada, e a equipe é simplesmente maravilhosa — me ajudaram com absolutamente tudo, em cada fase, do pré ao pós. Estou com mais de um ano de recuperação e o resultado é tudo o que eu esperava: natural, firme e harmônico, além de uma melhora enorme na respiração. - ottobre 2026Recensione della clinicaÎn sfârșit îmi place profilul meuMi-am dorit această operație de foarte mult timp. Cel mai tare îmi era frică să nu arate nasul artificial. Primele zile după intervenție au fost destul de grele din cauza umflăturilor, dar acum, după aproape șase luni, arată din ce în ce mai bine.
