- Eylül 2023Trustpilot YorumuJe suis belge et j'ai effectué une greffe chez Grand Clinic. J'ai longtemps réfléchi pour cet intervention. A la base, je venais pour une greffe sans rasage et surtout peur du regard des autres une fois sortit de la clinique le crâne rasé. Finalement après leur examen, j'ai du raser la totalité et je l'accepte car au final c'est marrant et tous le monde s'en fout J'ai été impressionné par la qualité du service, de l'organisation et de toutes les informations reçues au cours de ces 3 jours. J' étais assez anxieux par rapport à l'opération, sa durée et si la qualité de mon cuir chevelu était en accord avec leur méthode. J'ai très vite sentit du professionnalisme dans leur travail. J'ai été suivi pendant 3 jours par une quinzaine de personnel soignants où j'ai vraiment senti que mon problème de chute de cheveux était pris très au sérieux ! - Temmuz 2026Trustpilot YorumuLa meilleure clinique en Turquie 👏Une expérience incroyable du début à la fin Je dois avouer qu’au départ j’étais un peu sceptique à l’idée d’aller faire une greffe capillaire en Turquie. Finalement j’ai sauté le pas… et je ne regrette absolument pas. L’organisation est impressionnante : tout est parfaitement rodé et chaque étape est maîtrisée avec une grande précision. On sent que l’équipe a l’habitude et que le processus est optimisé du début à la fin. Un interprète dans votre langue vous accompagne tout au long du parcours, ce qui est très rassurant. Toute l’équipe est extrêmement professionnelle, serviable et bienveillante. On ne se sent jamais seul. De la première prise de contact sur WhatsApp avec Mario jusqu’au suivi après l’opération (avec Sabine pendant plus d’un an), l’accompagnement est constant et très sérieux. Tout ce qui est annoncé sur le site et dans la brochure est respecté : aucune mauvaise surprise. Pour résumer : Pré-opératoire : 10/10 Opération : 10/10 Post-opératoire : 10/10 De mon côté, je n’ai quasiment pas ressenti de douleur, seulement quelques picotements au début le temps que l’anesthésie locale fasse effet. From the moment I spoke with a consultant in Australia to book my hair transplant to the moment I left the clinic in Turkey and headed back to Australia, Grand Clinic catered to my every need. They provided, pick up and drop off services, translators, check ups and much much more. The thought of being in a foreign country and doing surgery is quite daunting, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and at home, which was a great relief. Thank you to the staff at Grand Clinic for such an amazing experience. I recommend this place to all who want to do this surgery in Turkey. Could not have chosen a better place to this.
