Editorial policy
GrandClinicReviews is published and operated by Grand Clinic, Istanbul. It is not an independent review organisation. Every review states where it came from and whether it has been verified.

Every review shows where it came from.
We don’t average reviews into a score, and nothing is marked verified unless it was checked against a treatment record. A patient signing in with Google to write here does not make their review a Google review.

Who runs this site
Grand Clinic publishes and operates GrandClinicReviews. We are not an independent review body, and we do not present ourselves as one. A clinic publishing its own reviews has an obvious interest in the result, so the only thing that makes this site worth reading is whether we are straight about where each review came from.
What we publish
Reviews submitted directly through this site, reviews left on Google that we reproduce with attribution, video testimonials recorded with the patient's agreement, and longer patient stories written up with the patient's involvement. Each item carries a label naming which of those it is.
Critical reviews are published in the same places, at the same size, in the same typography as favourable ones. We do not decline a review because it is unflattering.
What we do not publish
Anything that identifies a third party, discloses private medical information, or names a staff member in a complaint we have not been able to investigate. Anything we cannot trace to a real person. Anything whose author has withdrawn consent.
We do not publish an aggregate rating for the clinic. The reviews here are a published selection rather than a complete set, so an average across them would imply a representativeness we cannot demonstrate.
Moderation
Every submission is read by a person before it appears. Nothing is published automatically. We correct spelling and remove details covered above; we do not alter a patient's assessment or soften their wording.
Where the clinic replies to a review, the reply is attached beneath it and is always secondary to it. The original text is never edited to accommodate a response.
Consent and removal
Nothing is published without the author's explicit consent, and that consent is not permanent. Anyone can ask for their review or story to be removed, at any time, without giving a reason, and we will unpublish it.
Medical claims
Nothing on this site is medical advice. A patient story describes what happened to one person with their own anatomy, history and circumstances; it is evidence that an experience occurred, not a forecast of anyone else's. Every procedure carries risk. Only a clinician who has examined you can discuss what applies in your case.
