These terms apply to your use of GrandClinicReviews (clinicgrandreview.com), which is published and operated by Grand Clinic, Istanbul (“we”, “us”). By using the site, or by signing in or sending us anything, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy policy and Editorial policy are part of how the site works and are referred to below.

GrandClinicReviews publishes reviews, patient videos and patient stories about Grand Clinic. It is run by the clinic, not by an independent body.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. A story describes what happened to one person, with their own anatomy, history and circumstances, and does not predict anyone else's result. Every procedure carries risk. Reading this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship; speak to a qualified clinician about your own case.

You can read the site freely. To send a review, story, photos or a video you must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.

To send something to us you sign in with a Google account. We receive your name and verified email address, as described in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Signing in confirms that a real person is writing. It does not mark you as a verified patient, and we do not present it as one.

We may disable an account that is used to submit false, abusive or repeated material, or to attack or overload the site.

• It describes your own experience, and it is true as far as you know. If you have a financial or other relationship with the clinic that a reader would want to know about, you say so in it.
• It does not name or identify anyone other than you, and it contains no private medical or personal information about other people.
• It is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading or spam, and it does not contain malicious files.
• Photos and videos are yours, or you have permission to share them, and nobody else can be identified in them without their agreement.
• You keep to the file types and size limits shown on the form.

A person reads every submission before anything appears. Nothing is published automatically. We may correct spelling, remove details that identify third parties or disclose private information, leave out a photo or video, or decline to publish something that breaks these terms.

Your photos and videos stay private until your review is published; if you agreed on the form, they are then published together with it, and we can take any of them off the site at any time. Your email address and phone number are never published. Where the clinic replies to a review, the reply appears beneath it and the review itself is not changed to fit the reply. The Editorial policy sets out what we publish and what we do not.

You keep ownership of what you send. For each item you agree to publish, you give Grand Clinic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that item on this site, with the name style you chose, for as long as it is published here.

The licence covers this site only. We will not use your content elsewhere unless you agree to that separately.

The licence ends when we remove the item at your request, except for copies in daily backups, which expire within 14 days, and copies that others have already made.

You can ask us at any time to remove your review, story, photo or video, to withdraw your consent to publication, or to delete your details. Contact us through the contact options in the footer of this page. How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy policy.

If you think something on the site is inaccurate, infringes your rights or breaks these terms, tell us the same way. We will look at it and respond.

• Do not copy the site in bulk with automated tools, and do not try to bypass its security or overload it.
• Do not impersonate another person or send submissions on behalf of someone else without their agreement.
• Links to the site are welcome. Do not reproduce its text, images, videos or design without our written permission.

The design, text, logo and images of the site belong to Grand Clinic or its licensors. The figure shown on the home page is AI-generated and is not a patient.

Google sign-in, WhatsApp links and any embedded YouTube video are provided by those companies under their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

Reviews and stories express the views of the people who wrote them. The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that arises from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
